Opportunities of the Month
Here are some fun volunteer opportunities you can do this month. If there are costs associated with these projects, they are minimal - so you might not have to apply for a formal Campus Connection grant to participate. Talk to the Leader of Your Pack for more information.
On Saturday, June 7th, Seneca Park Zoo is hosting it’s annual Zoobilation. This is Zoo’s largest fundraiser and the only day the zoo is closed to the general public in order to prepare for this gala evening event which features fine food and wine, live music, auctions and more. During the day volunteer help is needed to setup, decorate, man the gates for deliveries, etc. After 5:00 p.m., volunteers are needed to drive golf carts, direct guests to activities, auction assistants, raffle ticket sellers, greet and thank guests and help with cleanup. Training will be given the day of the event. Contact Amy Carnahan at 336-7200 for more information.
